Camden’s Buck Street Market signs vegan concept Clean Kitchen for restaurant debut

LabTech, owner of Camden Market, has announced the signing of plant-based concept, Clean Kitchen, for its first-ever restaurant space at Buck Street Market, the UK’s first eco-conscious consumer market. Celebrating a year since their inception, Clean Kitchen Camden will open as the brand’s first sit-down restaurant offering, taking them from a small, delivery-only kitchen in Brighton, to one of the UK’s most talked-about vegan enterprises. Clean Kitchen currently operates six dark kitchens across London and the South of England as well as two outlets at Boxpark Wembley and Boxpark Shoreditch, delivering their unique mix of eco-friendly, vegan cuisine using only sustainable packaging, with the brand making moves to become the biggest, greenest plant-based food franchise in the country. Spanning two floors within Buck Street Market’s unique and colourful shipping containers, Clean Kitchen Camden is set to open to the public this June, with space for up to 42 dining covers upstairs and 12 downstairs.
