7Pines Resort Ibiza reopens for the 2026 season

Perched high on Ibiza’s untamed west coast, where pine forests meet the shimmering Mediterranean and the silhouette of Es Vedrà rises on the horizon, 7Pines Resort Ibiza reopens on 1st May 2026. This season marks a considered evolution of the resort, inviting guests to experience Ibiza in a more intentional and balanced way. With an enhanced culinary offering and a stronger focus on holistic wellbeing, the resort continues to refine its approach to the island experience.

Set within more than 56,000 square metres of landscaped grounds between the crystalline coves of Cala Conta and Cala Codolar, the all-suite resort unfolds like a contemporary Ibizan village. Whitewashed buildings, winding paths and terraced gardens step gently towards the sea, creating a sense of quiet seclusion while remaining effortlessly connected to the island’s natural beauty. Just a short drive from Ibiza Town, yet surrounded by open coastline and fragrant pine groves, it offers a calmer, more spacious way to experience the island.

A New Culinary Chapter

Gastronomy takes centre stage for the 2026 season, unfolding through a series of new dining concepts that are both globally attuned and deeply rooted in Ibiza, where each experience is designed not only to be tasted, but to be felt.

Opening on 1st May, IKISAKI, meaning “destination”, introduces a vibrant Nikkei concept where Japan meets Peru, inviting guests on a gastronomic journey shaped by contrast, colour and deep discovery. Two of the most outstanding and delicious culinary experiences meet at 7Pines Resort Ibiza, as guests are invited to dive in and explore Peruvian and Japanese cuisine with an Ibiza twist, where Japanese precision meets the bold, sunlit flavours of Peru.

Perched along the Ibizan west coast with stunning sea views, the restaurant unfolds as the evening gathers pace, capturing the rhythm of the island through taste, texture and atmosphere. Vibrant ceviches, delicate tiraditos, perfectly crafted sashimi, and colourful cocktails create a sensory experience designed not only to delight and transport, but to be felt, while flame-kissed plates balance intensity with elegance.

As the sun begins to set, the space shifts with it, combining a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere with sunsets that celebrate taste, texture, and island rhythm. Conversation lingers, the horizon becomes part of the experience, and each evening is transformed into an unforgettable culinary journey.

Nela with Oscar Salazar

From 8th May, Nela with Óscar Salazar offers a more elemental counterpoint. Created in collaboration with Hari and Ori of the acclaimed Nela Restaurant and Mediterranean chef Óscar Salazar, the concept centres on fire in its purest form. Cooking over glowing embers, the menu is stripped back yet deeply expressive, allowing exceptional ingredients to speak with clarity and depth. Premium meats, fresh seafood and seasonal produce are handled with restraint, resulting in dishes that feel both honest and quietly refined. Paired with a thoughtful wine selection and expansive sea views, the experience is understated yet deeply satisfying.

At the heart of the resort, Cone Club remains one of Ibiza’s most iconic sunset destinations, set on a clifftop with sweeping views over the Mediterranean and Es Vedrà. For the 2026 season, the newly renovated restaurant evolves into a culinary-led experience, with service at its heart and a renewed focus on ease, flow and atmosphere.

Cone Club

Its signature Sunset Ritual remains one of the resort’s most distinctive moments, as DJs and live performers accompany the gradual shift of light across the sky. Guests gather almost instinctively, drawn by the moment as tones of gold, coral and deep violet settle over the horizon.

From here, the experience unfolds into an unhurried evening where every detail is thoughtfully considered. Attentive, warm service is paired with a refined dining concept designed for sharing, whether lingering over aperitifs or settling into a full dinner. As the night deepens, live music carries the rhythm forward, creating an experience that is both relaxed and quietly elevated, made to be savoured long after the sun has set.

New for the summer season, The Lobby bar has been reimagined as the Taittinger Champagne Bar, offering an elevated and intimate extension of the resort’s culinary experience. Overlooking the Mediterranean with uninterrupted views towards Es Vedrà, the bar serves a curated selection of exceptional champagnes, paired with oysters and caviar, creating an experience that feels both indulgent and effortlessly relaxed. Each detail is designed to not only be tasted, but to be felt, shaped by the setting, the light and the moment.

Adding a more intimate and sensory dimension, INODEQ Garden, guided by the philosophy “Our recipe is nature”, introduces a dining experience that feels deeply connected to place. Set within a sustainable Ibicenco garden cultivated in harmony with nature, it begins not at the table but among the plants themselves. Guests are invited to discover, smell and select their own handpicked vegetables at their peak, before pairing them with a fresh element to create something entirely their own.

The experience that follows is open-air, unhurried and quietly immersive. Chefs cook live over open flames for a small number of guests, allowing each ingredient to express its purest character. The air carries the warmth of smoke, sun-ripened produce and crushed herbs, softened by the sea breeze, while conversation flows easily in the intimacy of the setting. With a limited number of guests, it feels personal and gently convivial, equally suited to private dinners, celebrations and small gatherings. Each dish reflects not only the ingredient, but the moment in which it was chosen, prepared and shared.

For those wishing to extend the evening, the resort’s new El Septimo cigar lounge offers an inviting place to retire after a much-enjoyed meal. Here, tradition, craftsmanship and sophistication meet with a curated collection of cigars crafted from responsibility sourced leaves, honouring time-honoured mastery. Quietly luxurious, it is a space where time slows and the ritual of a fine cigar becomes an elegant closing note to the night – an experience to be savoured as deeply as the setting itself.

Elevating Wellbeing at Pure Seven Spa

Wellness also enters a new phase this season with the expansion of the offering at Pure Seven Spa, the resort’s tranquil sanctuary dedicated to holistic wellbeing.

Spanning more than 1,500 square metres, the spa combines contemporary wellness science with time-honoured healing traditions in a serene setting overlooking the Mediterranean. This season introduces an enhanced longevity programme developed in collaboration with leading specialists, bringing together advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies and personalised coaching designed to support long-term health, recovery and vitality.

Among the highlights is the introduction of a whole-body cryotherapy chamber as part of Longevity’s Cryopoint therapy, where guests experience short exposures to temperatures of around -110°C to activate the body’s natural healing response. The treatment is designed to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, accelerate muscle recovery and stimulate the immune system. Complementing this is red light therapy, which uses targeted wavelengths to encourage cellular regeneration and natural collagen production, supporting physical recovery while also contributing to improved sleep quality and hormonal balance.

The longevity offering also includes epigenetic coaching sessions based on real-time analysis of the autonomic nervous system, providing guests with a personalised roadmap for energy optimisation, sleep regulation, recovery and resilience to stress. Additional therapies such as lymphatic massage help stimulate detoxification and reduce fluid retention, while advanced electromagnetic body sculpting technology uses targeted muscle contractions to strengthen and tone key muscle groups.

Alongside these science-led treatments, Pure Seven Spa continues to offer a diverse menu of therapies inspired by global healing traditions, from deeply restorative Ayurvedic rituals to Mayan volcanic stone massage. Daily yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions take place on open-air platforms overlooking the sea, while the fully equipped fitness centre provides modern equipment and personal training for guests seeking a more active approach to wellbeing.

Further enhancing the resort’s holistic approach to wellbeing, the new Padel Club offers an uplifting and social way to stay active under the Mediterranean sunshine. From relaxed rallies with family to sun-soaked matches that refine technique, padel courts encourage a vibrant mix of movement and connection, all whilst coming together to play, connect, and enjoy.

A Village of Suites Designed for Space and Privacy

Accommodation comprises 185 spacious suites, each designed with generous living areas and private outdoor spaces that reflect Ibiza’s relaxed way of life. Arranged across three distinct areas, each offers its own perspective of the resort.

The Cliff is the most exclusive enclave, where elegant duplex suites open onto uninterrupted sea views. Ibicenco Village, set among gardens and stone pathways, offers a range of suites including those with private plunge pools and expansive terraces. At the heart of the resort, The Laguna creates a more social atmosphere centred around its lagoon-style pool, making it particularly well suited to families, alongside the nearby Kio House of Kids.

For those seeking complete privacy, two Grand Villas offer a more secluded retreat, each with four bedrooms, private gardens and infinity pools overlooking the sea. Designed for families or groups, they combine the feeling of a private residence with full access to the resort’s services.

Experiences That Connect to The Island

Beyond gastronomy and wellness, the resort curates experiences that connect guests to Ibiza’s culture and landscape in a more meaningful way. Fragrance workshops with Campos de Ibiza, espadrille-making with local artisans and tastings of traditional Hierbas Ibicencas offer a window into the island’s heritage, while wine tastings and cocktail masterclasses provide a more relaxed exploration of Mediterranean flavours.

At sea, guests can discover Ibiza from a different perspective aboard Pershing yachts, with private charters revealing hidden coves, quiet inlets and neighbouring islands that remain out of reach by land.

Sustainability remains a guiding principle throughout the resort, with ongoing initiatives focused on preserving the surrounding pine landscape, improving energy efficiency and prioritising local sourcing wherever possible. The resort also welcomes pets, ensuring that dogs are part of the experience with dedicated amenities and thoughtful touches.

Just thirty minutes from Ibiza Town and the international airport, the resort offers both accessibility and escape in equal measure, a balance that has earned it international accolades including Best Luxury Family Resort and Best Luxury Lifestyle Resort in Spain by World Luxury Awards.
