Colette serves up European debut on Fulham Road

Sloane Stanley today announces Colette, the brand new gourmet traiteur and delicatessen, has opened its doors at 315 Fulham Road within an elegant 861 sq ft venue.

The European debut champions seasonal home-style cooking, headed by former Ritz Hotel chef, Chris Hill.  Colette beautifully fuses notions of a modern-traditional deli with curated ingredients for the home and kitchen, as well as specially selected fine wines and champagnes, for a fresh approach blending gourmet dining with take-home sustainably sourced produce.

Commenting on the opening, Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley commented: “We are thrilled to have signed a debut European brand, especially one carrying Chris Hill’s credentials, to our increasingly diversifying food and beverage portfolio. There has been high demand for a deli option on the estate, and the introduction of Colette fulfils this requirement whist adding an exciting new facet to our dining offer. Colette offers visitors the opportunity to take home fine dining quality ingredients in order to create their own culinary delights. With a stunning interior fitout and a discerning foodie customer base from the local area, we are confident the brand will quickly become an established Fulham Road favourite.”

Dimitri Plaquet, Co-Founder of Colette added: “With the outstanding mix of culinary leaders in Chelsea ranging from Badiani to Orée, Fulham Road was an obvious choice when choosing an area within which to make our international debut. We believe we are bringing something slightly different to the area, encompassing both gourmet deli and wine shop functionality, and look forward to becoming an entrenched part of the well-respected food-scene here in Chelsea.”
