Estrella Galicia announces restaurant kit with Sabor, offering a Spanish Tapas feast from the comfort of your home
Premium Spanish beer brand Estrella Galicia is excited to announce the launch of its latest collaborative restaurant kit, created in partnership with Michelin-starred Spanish restaurant Sabor. Available for nationwide delivery, the Counter Box Menu with Estrella Galicia is the the second in a series of collaborative initiatives that Estrella Galicia is launching with its recently-appointed gastronomy brand ambassadors, one of which is Nieves Barragán Mohacho, founder of Sabor.
The Counter Box Menu with Estrella Galicia includes some of Sabor’s best-selling dishes that are now available to feast on from home, including Ham Croquetas – deep fried croquettes filled with Spanish ham; Tortilla – a potato-based Spanish omelette; Gambas al Ajillo – prawns in a garlic oil; Pulpo a la Gallega – a traditional Galician dish of sliced, paprika-dusted octopus atop a bed of potatoes; Presa Iberica, Veal Jus & Mojo Verde – a well-marbled cut of Iberico pork with veal jus and mojo verde – and Beetroot Salad with Horseradish Cream. To enhance the Spanish gastronomic experience, guests will enjoy two 330ml bottles of Estrella Galicia alongside their tapas whilst tuning in to an on-demand cookery tutorial from Nieves Barragán Mohacho.
