Flemings Mayfair launches The Drawing Room
Boutique luxury hotel Flemings Mayfair launches The Drawing Room, a stunning new space that exudes elegance and style.
Part of an impressive £14 million refurbishment at the luxury hotel, The Drawing Room has been transformed into a luxury haven that still captures the essence of a traditional Georgian Regency drawing room. High ceilings and large sash windows flood the space with natural light, while the original fireplace from 1851, when the hotel was established, sits beautifully amongst lavish interior features. Exquisite de Gournay hand-painted wall panels depicting early views of India, and a library stocked with stunning cultural books by luxury publisher Assouline, create real talking points alongside colourful artwork by intuitive painter Eileen Schaer and beautiful Bernardaud crockery.
Fleming Mayfair’s extensive refurbishment also includes 129 new-look bedrooms, suites and apartments, a sophisticated bar, and a brand new restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin – due to open in spring 2016.
Flemings Mayfair is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
