Future world of work spotlight at hospitality virtual leadership event

The changing world of work in the Hospitality sector will be discussed at an exclusive virtual leadership event next week (Thursday, September 10th at 11am).
The online event brings together decision makers at the forefront of the hospitality industry during a time when the world of work is dramatically changing as a result of the pandemic.
The event will hear from Lorna Davidson, Founder and CEO of redwigwam, the UK’s leading flexible working community, giving her insight into the new normal and trends in recruitment in the hospitality sector as well as advice on how the sector can use innovative new ways to reopen.
Lorna said: “The hospitality industry was undeniably among the hardest hit sectors due to Covid-19. As lockdown restrictions ease, we can now see light at the end of the tunnel with a new normal in the hospitality sector emerging.”
Lorna will be joined by host Andrew Ruffler, CEO of Professional Liverpool, and Debbie Black, CEO and founder of law firm DGB Solicitors and the DGB Collective.
redwigwam has seen a huge rise in the number of workers and businesses using its AI-powered online platform since the coronavirus lockdown began. There are now over 130,000 workers registered on the platform and over 3,500 businesses.
Businesses using the redwigwam community to find workers include Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Revolution Bars, Tesco and a number of leading football clubs and event organisers.
redwigwam recently unveiled a new brand identity and high-profile integrated marketing campaign, including a national TV advertising debut under the banner “Changing Work for Good”. It follows private equity investment into the Liverpool-based business secured during the lockdown.
The Spotlight on Hospitality event takes place on Thursday 10th September 11:00am-12:00pm on Zoom. It is free to attend and open to all. To book visit https://bit.ly/34yr1nk
