This winter, Ibérica – the leading Spanish restaurant group- is celebrating all things game with an Ibérican inspired Game Tapas Menu. Curated by Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Nacho Manzano, the menu is available across all Ibérica restaurants, and will run until 23rd December.
For game-lovers and those less acquainted with the rich meaty delights, a dedicated menu of premium dishes includes Pan-fried Mallard duck breast with beetroot (£17), Seared British Venison loin with celeriac purée and a dark chocolate jus (£21.50) and their signature winter tapa Wild British Hare croquetas with caper alioli (£10). Each dish has been expertly paired with a glass of premium Spanish red wine, served through the Coravin system which allows guests to enjoy a selection of premium wines without needing to purchase the entire bottle.
For those with a sweet tooth, a menu of classic Spanish desserts includes Flourless chocolate cake (£8), Churros with chocolate (£7) and Caramelised Spanish rice pudding (£7). Diners can also choose the newly launched PXespresso Martini (£10.50), a decadent Spanish twist on the classic coffee cocktail, infused with festive spirit of choice, Pedro Ximénez Sherry Néctar. Ibérica also offers an extensive list of Spanish sherries, vermouths, wine and Cava for a truly authentic Spanish winter feast.
