Ottolenghi at Atzaró Returns to Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel in Ibiza
Ottolenghi at Atzaró, on Saturday 2nd August 2025, sees celebrated chef, restaurateur and bestselling author Yotam Ottolenghi return to Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel in Ibiza for the third year in a row, to host a one-night-only dining evening in the heart of the island’s most iconic luxury rural retreat.
Set within the estate’s abundant three-hectare organic vegetable garden, Ottolenghi at Atzaró will be a magical evening of world-class food, music, community, celebrities and connection – the ‘go-to’ event on the Ibiza hot list this year.
Guests will enjoy a delicious five-course, sharing-style dinner created and prepared by Ottolenghi and his team, with organic ingredients picked straight from the Atzaró Vegetable Garden, complemented by locally sourced produce. The evening includes a welcome drink, live music, entertainment, the chance to meet Yotam in person, and a signed copy of his latest cookbook, Comfort; all included in the ticket price of €245 per person.
The event will take place the magical setting of the Atzaró Vegetable Garden on the Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel estate where guests will be seated along long wooden tables under the stars; a relaxed yet luxurious celebration of vegetable-rich Mediterranean cuisine. Known globally for his vibrant, sunshine-infused dishes and Middle Eastern influences, Yotam Ottolenghi has revolutionised the way we eat vegetables – spawning what’s become known as ‘The Ottolenghi Effect’.
This exclusive dinner will be an embodiment of that ethos: colourful, generous, and full of soul, with every detail curated to celebrate nature, nourishment and togetherness in one of Ibiza’s most authentic and best loved settings.
Ottolenghi, who rose to international fame with his string of cult London delis and restaurants, and a series of bestselling cookbooks, will introduce the evening himself as guests are welcomed into the beautiful garden, shaded by palm trees and adorned with cascading plants under shaded walkways.
Amongst the vegetable patches, walkways and plazas of the magnificent 3-hectare organic garden, the evening will start with welcome drinks and music under the giant umbrella pine tree. Then the uplifting scene will move to the open-air atmospheric palm tree and tumbling plant framed garden plaza, where beautifully decorated long wooden tables await before an introduction to the evening by Yotam Ottolenghi himself.
