Titanic Hotel Liverpool serves up summer, Wimbledon style
Celebrate Wimbledon in style with a trip to Titanic Hotel Liverpool. Available from 27th June throughout summer, the hotel is offering a new, luxurious White Star Afternoon Tea (£40).
Served on beautiful Villeroy and Boch crockery, to add an extra sense of occasion, it’s the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary or just as a treat for someone special.The menu, which will be available for a limited number of bookings each day, features the finest British classics including Scottish smoked salmon and cucumber with horseradish sandwiches, and York ham with tomato chutney sandwiches.
The high tea also includes a selection of delicious desserts, such as rose and raspberry delice and delicate macarons, as well as the quintessential afternoon tea favourite: warm scones served with clotted cream and fruit preserve.
While soaking up the extraordinary setting of Liverpool’s historical Stanley Dock, sip on a refreshing glass of fizz served from Titanic Hotel’s Lanson Champagne bike, a custom made, pop-up bar that also shares its sponsor with Wimbledon. Those who purchase a tipple from the bar will also receive a complimentary green Wimbledon coaster as a memento of their time at the hotel. Guests can also watch Wimbledon in Titanic Hotel’s VIP area, where they are showing the matches so you never miss out on the action.
