14 Stories Launch Bespoke Cocktails in Collaboration With Fen Court Rooftop Gardeners
14 Stories reveals a new botanical cocktail collection, inspired by the gardeners at award-winning Fen Court Rooftop Garden
14 Stories, London’s iconic sky-high bar and restaurant, also shares its home at 120 Fenchurch Street with city-centre oasis, Fen Court Rooftop Garden. Perfect for summer sipping, 14 Stories have launched new limited-edition cocktails, inspired by Phoebe and Shunsuke, the gardeners who bring the Rooftop Garden to life.
The Gardener Cocktail collection includes three new cocktails, carefully curated to celebrate the stories, personalities and passions of the two gardeners who tend to the award-winning green space located high above the City of London.
Also available alcohol-free and to take away, guests are invited to stroll through the rooftop gardens on the 15th floor, where flourishing plant life, tranquil water features and panoramic views of London provide the perfect backdrop whilst sipping on a cocktail or two.
The menu opens with Phoebe’s Ace, combining head gardener Phoebe’s love of spice, apples and tennis to create a refreshing drink made with El Jimador Blanco tequila, apple juice, pink peppercorn & rose syrup, lime juice and chilli bitters, and of course, decorated with an edible flower.
Shun’s Fig & Dig, celebrates gardener Shunsuke’s sweet tooth, his collection of miniature Japanese maple trees and the figs growing in the Fen Court garden. Tanqueray Gin, fig liqueur, lemon juice, vanilla & maple syrup as well as rhubarb bitters are expertly mixed and decorated with fig for a fruity finish.
To round off the menu, First harvest, pays tribute to a summer stroll among fragrant wisteria, blooming roses and hydrangeas high above the city in Fen Court Garden. It blends gin, rosemary & honey syrup, peach puree, lemon juice, fever-tree light tonic water for an elegant and floral option.
Each cocktail is priced at £15. Alcohol-free or take away options are also available. The new menu is available exclusively until September.
