ALTIDO GALLERIA is an exclusive, high-quality accommodation structure that combines the comforts of a luxury hotel with the privacy and confidentiality of an apartment. A smart, technologically innovative solution, realized through a type of redevelopment project technically defined as a “strip out”. This has allowed a former 700-sq.m. office building in the most prestigious area of Milan to be completely revamped into a hospitality structure. The concept was researched by Rinnow! (www.rinnow.com), a company specializing in design and furnishing solutions as well as smart technologies for homes and other types of real estate dedicated to hospitality. The Rinnow! team, working together with ALTIDO, aimed to ensure the highest standards in terms of design and technology for those who choose to stay in the heart of the city. Neither a hotel nor an apartment, instead it is composed of twelve unique accommodations, with areas ranging from 27 to 42 square meters and completely furnished. In addition to the corridors, there are two common lounge areas and a reception area available from 8.30am to 10.30pm.
The most discerning clients can choose to stay in two high-end suites with an exclusive view over Milan’s famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the Cathedral. Each room features a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a hotel TV up to 65” with dedicated content, in addition to a high-tech solution designed by Rinnow!, already used in other ALTIDO facilities, able to monitor selected indicators of safety and well-being such as ambient air quality (the standard required by the largest hotel chains) or efficient energy usage. This technology allows the ALTIDO team to act promptly, and even remotely, to ensure that the guests’ stay is as relaxing and as pleasant as possible. In addition, guests can access ALTIDO GALLERIA on their own, using a mobile phone App integrated with the Rinnow! Technology – developed together with Vikey – to open the entrance to the structure and their room. It also features fully-automated check-in and extra-services that are practical and allow you to take advantage of a wide variety of value-added services such as airport transfers, gourmet dinners, wine and champagne lists with room service, laundry service, parking as well as booking tours in and around the city. Specifically, breakfasts and room service with gourmet meals and fine wines are provided in collaboration with the historic and prestigious restaurant Savini Milano 1867, in order to offer an authentic Milan experience to the guests at ALTIDO GALLERIA.
Bookings can be made via all major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Airbnb, Expedia, Homeaway, Booking.com, and Hotels.com.
