Eat and Drink Clean at London’s 360-Degree Rooftop Bar & Restaurant Wagtail this January
Skyline inner-city hotspot, Wagtail is launching a fresh new Make It Clean menu this January, to support Londoners who are looking to eat and drink guilt-free this month in line with Dry January and Veganuary.
Following the festive season with many looking to start off the year with cleaner and greener alternatives, Wagtail have built on their premium food and drink offering to provide a series of mouth-watering dishes paired with indulgent non-alcoholic cocktails to enjoy.
Wagtail’s Make it Clean lighter lunch menu promises to tantalise taste buds with starter and main dishes such as Beetroot and Feta Risotto with Crispy Sage and Toasted Hazelnuts; Native Blue Lobster Roll with Triple Cooked Chips or Burrata with Roast Beetroot Salad. For those seeking plant-based alternatives, Wagtail’s à la carte menu includes innovative vegan combinations such as Aubergine Tempura with Spring Onion Tofu Sauce and Sweet Soy Dressing; or Miso and Sesame Rocket Salad with Clementines and Crispy Wontons.
For those having a break from the booze after the end of year festivities, Wagtail have partnered with CleanCo, the trail blazing non-alcoholic drinks company, to create bespoke virgin but classic cocktails with a twist that diners can sip on and enjoy, without the impending hangover.
Guests can indulge in the Clean Applepolitan which sees CleanCo’s Clean G Rhubarb mixed up with pressed apple, cranberry and lime, or the Clean T Espresso Martini which shakes CleanCo’s Clean T up with espresso and vanilla. The innovative CleanCo cocktails have been cleverly paired with dishes from the Make it Clean menu to create a well-rounded experience.
Not leaving out those with a sweet tooth, diners can also choose from a selection of desserts such as a Walnut and Apple Cake with Crème Anglaise and a Pumpkin Crème Brûlée which are paired with a Clean T Espresso Martini.
