Anna Sebastian says “It was great to collaborate with Bar Attitude by Three Cents and feature on its London edition, showcasing the bar culture in my home town. London is truly a city where you can be whoever you want and that has also pioneered and influenced the global bar scene for decades. I wanted to use the platform to shine a light on topics and places that mean the most to me, from diversity and community in the industry to how hospitality is really at the heart of what we do. “
George Bagos, Co-founder and General Manager of Three Cents, adds “The Bar Attitude by Three Cents series was launched to give recognition to those who are paving the way in mixology, whilst also showing how their local cities have set global trends. We’re thrilled to give Anna the stage in the fourth instalment and shed light, not just on her successful career, but the important work she’s doing to make the industry a safer and fairer place for all.”
