Giuseppe Soccio New F&B Director of The Kempinski European Heritage

With over of 13 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Giuseppe is coming from a family involved in hospitality business in Italy, started his own career in 2004 in Four Seasons Milan after obtaining his Diploma in Hospitality Administration and further continuing his studies in SDA Bocconi Milan archiving the prestigious Master in F&B Management also courses to the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne and Emirates Academy in Dubai.

After the Sommelier masters and the Bar Management seminars, he rapidly worked his way up the career as leader to numerous F&B positions in Milan, Venice and Dubai.

He passed by such upscale five stars properties as Molino Stucky Venice, Westin Palace Milan, Ritz Carlton Dubai DIFC and last the Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, success raced in few years from Mixologist to F&B Operation Manager.

Giuseppe enthusiastic coach and mentor, has creative and positive interpersonal skills with 360 degrees F&B knowledges, he also collaborated with several Fashion Stylist, Celebrities and Michelin Starred Chefs and been part of different worldwide wine and spirits competitions. On top of that he has a very strong financial and sales background gained from Caterings and Events.

Growing through the ranks, from April 2016, Giuseppe became the Director of Food & Beverage of the new Kempinski in Al Khobar in the Eastern Saudi Coast.

During his time, he has led a team to significantly exceed the company and the ownership expectation for the soft opening of the hotel, with his entrepreneurial performance Giuseppe will definitely drive the top-line growth of the new ambitious Saudi property maintaining the constant focus on innovation and quality.

The property counts on different F&B preferences: Stylish Italian Bistro, Asian-Fusion Restaurant, French Café & Boulangerie, Lobby Lounge and Ladies Deck, Cigar Shop, Roof Top Garden, Healthy Bar, All Day Dining, Conference and Meeting Rooms, Ballrooms, Executive Level and Butler Service.

He’s executive member of the Italian Hotel Managers Association and partner of the Court of Master Sommelier & Cigars Connoisseurs a pure hospitality pedigree.
