Harvey Nichols has announced an exclusive collaboration with celebrity chef and owner of Michelin starred Purnell’s restaurant, Glynn Purnell. The partnership will see Purnell curate an all-day dining experience for Harvey Nichols’ new design concept store opening in July in Birmingham.

This partnership builds on the retailer’s stylish reputation for hospitality, fashion and beauty, while setting the bar for first-class food and luxury shopping to provide customers in Birmingham with the ultimate retail experience.

Purnell has worked closely with Harvey Nichols to develop an all-day menu, mentor the restaurant’s new Head Chef and hospitality team, recruit local suppliers, and source the best ingredients for each dish.

As well as in the restaurant, guests will have the choice of enjoying Purnell’s menu at the Chef’s Table in the private dining room accommodating up to 15 diners, and in the communal table in the Harvey Nichols Wine Shop.
