The Hummingbird Bakery – Christmas Range
Stalwarts of the London baking scene, The Hummingbird Bakery, have just started taking orders for their range of festive sweet treats.
The range is available for collection or delivery from 1st December and includes a selection of staple Hummingbird cakes and cupcakes all stylishly hand-decorated in a yuletide fashion as well as two cupcake flavours exclusive to this year. Opt for a Christmas Red Velvet cake (available either vegan or made without gluten) or impress your friends and family with the striking Christmas Reindeer Cake which is complete with sugar fondant ears and antlers: available in chocolate or vanilla.
The limited edition flavours for this year’s Christmas range are Mince Pie and Gingerbread. The Mince Pie cupcake boasts a delicious combination of spices and mixed fruits with a splash of brandy to give a lighter twist on the traditional seasonal snack. Irresistibly smooth chai frosting with cardamom and honey makes this a very moreish special edition festive flavour. For the Gingerbread cupcake, the mix of smooth golden syrup and warming nutmeg, ginger & cinnamon makes this a wonderful yuletide delight. Both cupcake options can be made vegan as well.
