The LINK hotel & hub Caters to the Modern Business Traveller & Redefines the Future of Hospitality
LINK hotel & hub, a new and innovative hotel powered by Israel’s leading hospitality brand, Dan Hotels, opens its doors targeting the new age professional, millennial audience through an urban digital approach, which integrates Tel Aviv street art and a digital hotel experience. Strategically located on Tel Aviv’s King Saul Avenue, the LINK hotel & hub is at the centre of the city’s business offices, with easy access to other surrounding big business cities and close to the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Acting as the ultimate link between the hotel and the city, the LINK engages the cultural environment, and seamlessly integrates physical and digital hotel services, creating a new customer experience for the millennial tourists and the modern business travellers who are looking to experience the city.
Urban Digital Approach
At its core, the hotel’s design concept was inspired by the city’s urban culture. Curated by Daniel Siboni, internationally known for his multimedia work in combining street art and photography, he tapped into the unique and edgy creativity of the Tel Aviv street art and graffiti scene to create a highly engaging hotel ambiance. Each of the 10 hotel floors in the hotel is dedicated to a different street artist, such as Yoni Danziger, Dioz and Michal Rubin whose work also decorates the guest rooms, hub, and other public spaces. Supporting the local art community, the LINK also acts as a gallery, where the work showcased can be purchased via the innovative LINKApp.*
The LINK Hotel caters to the future of hospitality with the introduction of self-service technology and a dedicated hub offering coworking spaces, kitchen & bar and entertainment. All the hotel services are implemented through the innovative and comprehensive LINKApp, which offers guests ease of comfort and immediate control by the clip of a button. Based on the shared workspace concept to be found in cities all over the world, the Hub floor is a space where guests can work, meet, play, relax, eat, drink, and also be alone while in the company of others.
“We’ve eliminated many procedures typical of traditional hotels: there are no cash transactions, our service crew is comprised of over 50 spoken languages and operates on a 24/7 basis where everyone does everything” says Ron Federmann, Head of Development at LINK hotel & hub. “Through the LINKApp we’re aiming to offer guests a new way to connect with the physical service of the hotel and the city, while also enhancing the upbeat and urban spirit of Tel Aviv.”
