Restaurant and hospitality staff could get that perfect job without even submitting a CV via a revolutionary new App which is totally ‘free’ and puts them directly in contact with employers.
The easy-to-use Marlin App cuts out the traditional ‘middleman’ recruitment agency and means hospitality and catering professionals can secure employment more quickly and easily than ever before.
Candidates can visit www.marlinapp.com or download the App from the App Store or Google Play and register without having to upload a CV. All the job seeker has to do is enter basic contact details, a profile picture and fill out their previous work history which will then be verified by Marlin.
Employers can then contact you, the candidate directly through the App, by phone or email to discuss job opportunities, including internationally.
Employers can search for free and have the option to pay a £95 per month subscription fee for 12 months. This will provide them with access to all of the candidates that are registered on the App or employers can pay just £295 for 30 days.
