Hospitality operators Bitter Twisted demonstrate innovative new projects and create demand for hospitality jobs in the midst of Covid-19

Despite the doom and gloom of the last six months, brand activation specialists and creative hospitality operators Bitter Twisted are ready to finish 2020 as a success, all down to their creativity, collaborations and safe, Covid-friendly ‘pop-up’ concepts across the North West.

Based in Knutsford, the Bitter Twisted team work with various different brands to create, deliver and manage unique concepts and individual consumer experiences in prime destinations across the UK. These new projects and experiences mean a demand for over 60 new hospitality positions which the company have been recruiting for.

Their recent initiative ‘The Chavasse Project’ was launched to propel post-lockdown spending at Liverpool ONE. The quirky bar concept in association with Sipsmith Gin and Camden Town Brewery, incorporates a series of inviting cabin installations, offering a one-of-a-kind tasting experience in a safe and sanitized environment.

As the industry began to re-open back in July, Bitter Twisted have worked with drinks brands: Roku Gin, Naked Grouse on new bar innovative installations for restaurants & drinking venues, with the aim to enhance brand recognition and drive customer spend.

As they head into the last quarter of the year, Bitter Twisted announce plans to roll out their most popular brand, Bar Hütte. Their unique festive, Alpine themed concept set within a courtyard of private bookable huts, lends it’s to Covid guidelines, with each space indivudally contained, safe and sanitized, and a dedicated host to serve food & drinks. This year, they are set to be bring Bar Hütte back, bigger, better and safer than ever before.

With a plan to launch Bar Hütte bookings soon, open up the famous Aprés ski themed sites in Manchester and Liverpool in November, and two potential new sites still to be confirmed.
