Mindful Chef makes plant-based eating easy this Veganuary

Mindful Chef the UK’s favourite healthy recipe box service (Source: Trustpilot) is making plant-based eating easy this January with both its fresh and frozen ranges of nutritious meals.

With up to six delicious vegan recipes on the menu, each week, Mindful Chef’s recipe boxes provide customers with the tools to cook delicious nutritionally-balanced plant-based meals that help them feel healthier and happier.

The name ‘Mindful Chef’ embodies all that the brand aspires to be; mindful of the suppliers it chooses, mindful of the healthy ingredients it uses, and mindful of the brand’s impact on the environment.

Mindful Chef aims to encourage people to lead a healthier life by reducing the amount of processed food consumed and cutting out refined carbohydrates. All its innovative plant-based recipes are free from gluten and refined carbs.

Designed to make healthy eating easy, Mindful Chef delivers high quality, sustainably sourced ingredients straight to customers’ doors, all ingredients are pre-portioned and each recipe takes a maximum of 30 minutes to make.

Fearne’s Favourite plant-based recipes will be available to order on the Mindful Chef menu from the 5th to 29th January – recipes include; Sesame Tofu Mango and Spicy Ginger Dressing, Buckwheat Pizza, Mushroom, Sundried Tomato and Pesto and Veggie lasagne with Aubergine and Pesto.

With options for all lifestyles, Mindful Chef offers one-person, two-person and family recipe boxes as well as a range of chef-prepared frozen meals.

Mindful Chef’s family box features new family-friendly recipes, from favourites like Veggie and Cannellini Bean Lasagne to more adventurous dishes like Aubergine Quinoa Stuffed Rolls. The family recipes cater for two adults, plus two to three children. With a maximum of 20 mins prep, the whole family can get involved with the cooking.

Mindful Chef’s frozen range includes eight plant-based chef-prepared meals, that are free from gluten and refined carbs. As with all Mindful Chef products, the recipes are nutritionally-balanced and all the quality ingredients are sustainably sourced.

Additionally, for every fresh or frozen meal sold, Mindful Chef donates one school meal to a child living in poverty through the One Feeds Two charity. The brand has already reached a milestone of 1.8 million donated meals.
