Swimsoft Toweling Poncho

The SwimSoft Towelling Poncho is made with SumpremeSoft fabric for fast drying, energy saving properties, paired lightweight plushness on the outside and absorbent towelling for a cosy feel on the inside and for maximum comfort. Made in a generous, roomie fit, giving you full coverage with a hood for added warmth. Designed with underarm slits and side slits for easy changing on the beach or by the pool. Ideal for your hotel or Spa outdoor activities and for adding revenue streams in your retail shop.

The Poncho was created and inspired by an early morning wild swim and thinking about the customer experience and creating ways to make it just that little bit better – that’s what we are really good at!

These robes can be embroidered with a hotel or spa logo – not only are they practical but also undoubtedly the type of item that will be purchased spontaneously at reception  – so adding to the revenue stream for a hotel business.

‘As with every product developed by BC SoftWear, our inspiration always stems from initial customer interest. Our research and development team then begin to work up the idea which is tested and developed further to ensure its commercial viability and true value to the market. Using the SupremeSoft energy saving fabric means the robe is lightweight, yet warm and super-fast drying.

The SwimSoft Towelling Poncho was also inspired by an early morning wild swim in Cornwall before Spa Fest 2019, when a group of spa industry friends took an early morning dip and we observed how nice it would have been to have a bespoke designed post swim robe. The ‘covid effect’ has also stimulated a more rapid development and trend for wild swimming and outdoor river, lake and beach activities being offered by an increasing number of spa and hotel operations. This reaffirmed our thinking that this towelling poncho would be welcomed and have relevance to many hotel and spa resorts and lodges throughout the UK.   Barbara Cooke, Founder and CEO.
