The Standard London: New Opening
Opening in July 2019, The Standard will debut its first property outside the US in London’s vibrant King Cross, bringing with it its inimitable style to the iconic brutalist Camden Town Annex.
The Standard, London, will boldly propel The Standard brand onto the international stage. Situated on Euston Road across from the St. Pancras Station, the hotel will become the new cultural crossroads of London and gateway to the continent.
The Standard, London housed in the historic Camden Town Annex, will celebrate the history and architecture of the building and neighbourhood while connecting it to its future, anchoring the ongoing revival of King’s Cross.

The Standard, London is designed by Shawn Hausman Design, who worked closely with the Standard in-house design team. The hotel will have 266 bedrooms, some including outdoor terraces and bathtubs overlooking St. Pancras Station, Double Standard the ground floor bar facing Euston Road, an indoor / outdoor Garden restaurant, a Standard Sounds studio , along with a destination rooftop restaurant, accessible by an exterior lift with views overlooking the city. Critically acclaimed chefs Peter Sanchez-Iglesias and Adam Rawson have recently been announced to head restaurants on the 10th and ground floor.
