Palé Hall to close its doors temporarily but will keep paying staff

Wales, Friday 20th  Alan Harper, Palé Hall Owner

It is with great regret that Palé Hall has decided to close for 8 weeks from Monday 23 March 2020 due to the Coronavirus outbreak. We have taken this step to protect our staff and guests from further risk of exposure to the virus. We at Palé Hall also feel that it is a positive way to support the Government initiatives to reduce public gatherings in order to limit the further spread of the virus.

We hope that guest and suppliers will understand and support the rationale for this heart breaking but necessary decision. Subject to further developments we currently plan to re-open on Friday 15 May 2020.

Our reservation team will continue to answer the telephones and respond to emails during this closure period. We will be continuing to fully pay our staff through this period as this closure is at no fault of their own.

Guests who have a reservation to stay or dine at Palé Hall during this closure period will be contacted by our reservation team to discuss their options. We will do everything possible to enable you to reschedule your visit to Palé Hall to a suitable date later in the year.
